This Week at GB Upland...

Conditioning class: This month the 1st conditioning class will be this Saturday, September 4th at 11am and the 2nd conditioning class will be held on Tuesday, September 28th at 7pm. Let’s burn some calories! Hope to see all on the mat!

Buddy Week:  All GB members are welcome to bring friends and family with them from August 13rd to the 19th.  During any Fundamental class we can pair your friend or family member up with you so you can teach them all of the great techniques you have learned in your time with us.

 Parents and Kids class: Our next Parents and Kids class is scheduled for Saturday, September 11th at 9am. All parents of Little Champs, Juniors and Teens are welcome to join their children.

UFC: Let`s get together to watch the UFC 119 on Sept. 25th at the Finish Line Sport Grill, try to get there by 5:30 pm so you can have good seats. Please bring you family and friends!

Fundamentals Classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 am now are open. Come in and enjoy us!
